To support this, we will host a virtual workshop focused on AI education, where we will clarify our position and explain why data is essential to our work. That’s why we are committed to the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and lawful conduct in everything we do.
We treat all donated data with the utmost care: protecting privacy, upholding strict security measures, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws such as the GDPR. Donors remain at the heart of our process, retaining control and oversight over how their data is described and used, and having the right to request deletion when possible.
We use donated data solely for its intended purpose, never for unrelated or commercial interests without clear, prior consent. By fostering close collaboration with our donors and partners, and by holding ourselves accountable for every decision, we strive to build lasting trust and create a positive impact through ethical research.

1. Read the data donation agreement
Read the data donation agreement and the appendix. We explain what will happen to your data and what we will use it for.
2. Create an account
Send an e-mail to data@papiamentu.ai requesting an account. Only do this if the data that you want to donate is yours to do so.
3. Prepare your data
Prepare your data for uploading. Remove any information that you do not want us to have. Make sure you know what you’re going to donate.
4. Upload the data
You will receive instructions on how to use the data portal. Use your account to upload the data to our data portal. You will be able to see all the files that you have donated.
